As Always, we had a great time at MayanPalace. This is the 4th time we have been to the Nuevo Vallarta Mayan Palace. We surprised my wife’s sister and her husband, along with their daughter and husband with this trip to the Mayan Resorts. None of them had ever been to Mexico before and they really had a good time. On our last holiday, we visited the MayanPalace Resort at Puerto Vallarta Marina. The staff at the front desk is outstanding. We arrived and check-in was fast and the bellboy quickly showed us to our unit. It was an immaculate, lovely unit. We spent much time in our unit due to my husband’s health and it was such a view that made us feel like we were sitting right on the beach. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to let us know they were available to assist should we need them. They inquired daily as to how things were going for us. We both felt very relaxed and at ease.  – We spent our mornings by the pool, and though we didn’t partake of planned activities, members of the staff invariably stopped by to chat a bit, brighten our day and answer questions about the area of which we always have many even after being owners since 1987 when Mayan Palace was called Vidafel. – The Bakal restaurant at MayanPalace is fantastic – beautiful interior, gorgeous view and gracious service along with outstanding food.  – In general, we feel Vidafel/MayanPalace has been very good value. Growth since 1987 has been phenomenal, and we reap those benefits as early buyers who took a chance with this company. Lorris R.

Our last family holiday was a good one thanks to the service and staff of the MayanPalace. We were in Acapulco for our third time and again we loved it. We were so impressed with the Mayan Palace that we upgraded to The Grand Mayan membership. In the past we have stayed at the Rocky Point resort and the Nuevo Vallarta one. We are MayanPalace owners and recently we sent our pastor and his wife as guests to The Grand Mayan Riviera Maya. They thought this was the most wonderful resort that they had ever stayed at. We personally went to this resort in November with a family group and had a great time. The staff was fantastic. We arrived and were astounded with the beauty of the resort.  Alexis, a young chef has worked and catered at two of the largest hotel chains in Mexico and has assisted great contemporary chefs such as Nobu Matsuhisa in his namesake restaurant. He has spent over 15 years dedicated to the creation of delicious dishes that reflect an artistic and creative cuisine distinguished by his personal touch. He is currently Manager of the Food and Beverages and Executive Chef at the MayanPalace Riviera resort. He is really keen on fusion cuisine, particularly of Asian influence. This passion has driven him to design tasty dishes for the five restaurants of this great resort development. Working for MayanPalace, this fantastic chef is in charge of maintaining a high standard in all his dishes served while developing his culinary talent, now so distinctively a part of MayanPalace Riviera Maya.

My husband John, daughter Diane and I all agree that MayanPalace is the best in timeshare resorts. We have travelled to a few others and have never received the quality treatment we receive when travelling to Mayan Palace. We love the Nuevo Vallarta Resort the best and will visit as often as possible. The maids are always wonderful as were all the other staff members who served us in a nice fashion. They are polite, attentive and just plain wonderful. Service at MayanPalace is incomparable. We are very happy to be owners of this resort.  Joanne F
