Alexis, a young chef has worked and catered at two of the largest hotel chains in Mexico and has assisted great contemporary chefs such as Nobu Matsuhisa in his namesake restaurant. He has spent over 15 years dedicated to the creation of delicious dishes that reflect an artistic and creative cuisine distinguished by his personal touch. He is currently Manager of the Food and Beverages and Executive Chef at the MayanPalace Riviera resort. He is really keen on fusion cuisine, particularly of Asian influence. This passion has driven him to design tasty dishes for the five restaurants of this great resort development. Working for MayanPalace, this fantastic chef is in charge of maintaining a high standard in all his dishes served while developing his culinary talent, now so distinctively a part of MayanPalace Riviera Maya.
